How do I get the full text of an article?

To display the full text of an article, click on its HTML or PDF icon

How to I track down an article that is not full text in ERIC?

If the article doesn't have an HTML or PDF link available, click on the Check for Full Text link to search for the article in another database. (Remember, Bethel  has over 100 online databases!)

 

If after clicking this link you don't see a link to the article, it's not available in any of Bethel's online databases, but we can get it for you from another library. Here's how you can easily submit a request.

  1. It's always worthwhile to Try Google Scholar via the link in the record first to see if it is available on the web for free
  2. If not freely available, click on Get a Digital Copy for an article, or Get a Physical Copy or Need a Chapter for a book
  3. On the form that displays, check the copyright statement box and click the Get It button
