Searching ATLA by Scripture Passage
Use the "Scriptures" tool to look up all the articles in ATLA on a particular book, chapter, or even verse in the Bible.
- Click the "Atla Scripture Search" option as pictured above
- From the list of biblical books, find the biblical book your passage comes from (click the right arrow at the bottom of the page to see additional books)
- Click on the + sign in front of the book's name to see specific chapters and verses within the book.
- Mark the box in front of the chapter(s) you wish to search, and then click on the "Add to Search" button.
- When the chapter information appears in the search box, click on the Search button
- After running your search, you can use the filters located just below the search box to narrow your search.
