Special Collections
The History Center's Special Collections hold rare and historical publications, such as an original Martin Luther publication from 1524, five centuries of historic Bibles, a historic collection of The Pilgrim's Progress, and books written by Bethel's founder, John Alexis Edgren. There are two ways to search the Special Collections.
Navigate to the Research page on the History Center website. Use the search bar under the Special Collections tab.
Alternatively, search LibSearch on the Library's homepage. Then filter the results on the left-hand side to "History Center" under Locations.
To get access to an item in the Special Collections, navigate to the "Get It" section, then click on the "Locate" button. Follow the prompts to make an appointment at the History Center.
