• All Bethel students, faculty, and staff are issued computing accounts and email addresses   
• Your Account login and password are needed to use the computers on the Bethel campus, and to access the Library's research databases

• Contact a Research Librarian if you are having problems accessing the Library's research databases from off-campus
• Contact an ITS (Information Technology Services) staff person if you having problems setting up your account, or your account name and password are not working

• When sending email messages to Bethel faculty and staff, use your Bethel email

• Bethel email must be checked regularly for notifications from the Library regarding materials ready to be picked up, materials requested via interlibrary loan (books and articles), overdue library materials, etc.

• Computers are available:  
  • Near the Research Assistance Desk
  • In the Library's computer lab
• Log Off when you are finished!
• Wireless network (eduroam) is available for laptop users

• Bethel University uses Canon uniFLOW machines that print, copy, scan, etc. After you have logged in to a machine for the first time, you can use your Bethel ID to pick up print jobs and to copy and scan.
   
• Two printer/copier/scanner machines are available on the main level of the Library. They print in both black & white and color, default to duplex printing, and offer options such as stapling.
• Two smaller printers are also available: One near the Research Assistance Desk, and one on the upper level of the Library. They only print simplex, black & white.
